Where are you located?
Our administrative offices are located in Franklin, Indiana (USA), about 20 miles south of Indianapolis. Our servers are located in one of Softlayer's state-of-the-art datacenters in downtown Dallas, Texas.

How long have you been in the web hosting and design business?
Hostingtruth.net has been in business since July, 2003.

Do you host only church or church-related sites?
Certainly not! We eagerly assist individual believers as well as many other kinds of Christian and Christian-friendly organizations. While we certainly host many church sites, we also serve a large assortment of businesses, schools, missionaries, teachers, web designers, and lots of individuals who put up sites on various subject matter. Let us know if you would like to see some examples.

How long will it take for my domain name to become active?
The domain propogation period is anywhere from 24-72 hours.

How long will it take for you to set up my account?
Your account will be set up within six hours after your order confirmation and usually much sooner than that. We will email your account setup information to you the moment your web space is ready to go.

Do you support SSL for e-commerce and secure transactions?
Yes. All our servers are capable of 128-bit SSL certificates and secure transactions. This is important if you intend to accept credit cards online and you don't use a third-party payment processor such as PayPal or 2checkout.com. SSL certificates can be installed for just $69 per year. A dedicated IP address will also be required to install the certificate. We can provide this for an additional $2 per month. What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we presently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. We will also accept checks by mail.

Do I have to renew my hosting account each month to continue service?
No. If you sign up for a monthly hosting plan and pay with a credit card, your card will automatically be charged each month. You will be notified each month as this occurs.

What if I am not pleased with my account for some reason?
We can't imagine why you would not be, but if within 30 days of placing your order with us you are dissatisfied with your Hostingtruth.net account for any reason whatsoever, we will gladly refund your money, no questions asked. There is absolutely no risk in trying out our services.
