Collection of user information

The web server automatically collects certain information about site visitors, including the internet service provider and IP address through which they accessed the site, the browser they used, as well as the pages that were accessed during their visit. This information is used only to analyze trends and to improve both the content and usability of our site.

Users will be asked to provide necessary personal information when requesting certain services or accessing various sections on our web site. These include, for example, placing an order for web hosting or domain registration or requesting a bid on a web design.

We do not store credit card data for any customers. All of the financial data is collected and processed by our merchant provider, CDG Commerce. Before a visitor is asked to enter any financial or other personal information, he is directed to a secure form (using SSL) on our server.

We do not sell or share any of the collected user information with any third party for any commercial purpose. The only way we would disclose any user information would be if we were ordered by a United States court of law to do so.

Upon request, we will gladly provide visitors with access to all information that we maintain about them, including contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) and transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases). User information can also be corrected or updated by simply emailing us with the new information.

Email List

Upon purchasing web hosting or domain registration, a user is automatically added to our internal email list using the email address submitted on the order form. This email list is intended only for our customers and is used to keep them informed of any technical issues with the servers as well as any new product offerings we may have. Though we do not recommend it, users are free to unsubscribe from the email list by simply following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the messages sent to the email list. They may also request to be removed from the list simply by emailing us. This list is used only to communicate with our customers and is never shared or sold to any third party.

Use of cookies

We employ cookies in certain areas of our site merely as a convenience to our visitors. Cookies allow a user to be automatically signed in when they revisit the site. Technically, a cookie is just a small text file that is placed on the visitor's hard drive by the web server. It will not harm your computer in any way whatsoever.

Most browers will accept cookies by default. However, you can usually adjust your browser's preferences so that cookies will either be automatically declined or so that you will be prompted each time a site attempts to store a cookie. We recommend that allow your browser to accept cookies in order to fully experience the capabilities of our site and others.

Ad servers

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies that would cause ads to randomly appear on the pages of our site.
